Property information

Position number 1 in Pavia, a few minutes walk from the historic center, the university and health institutes, a few dozen meters from the train and bus station. Completely renovated in April 2023 and furnished with classic and elegant taste, it stands out for its brightness and tranquility. 5th floor, elegant building, balcony with panoramic view of the square.

Neighbourhood information

As with every central station, Piazza della Stazione di Pavia is also one of the major traffic crossroads in the early morning and early afternoon hours. The apartment is located a few tens of meters from the train, bus and taxi station, therefore the most strategic position in the city to be able to move by public transport. The center of Milan can be easily reached in about twenty minutes by train. Below the house the post office, the laundry, the hairdresser, a small well-stocked supermarket and a little further on a bank, three bakeries, bar for breakfast and evening aperitifs and the best ice cream parlor in the city.
