Fantastic two-room apartment in the beautiful town of SCILLA (RC). Located in the historic center, a few meters from Piazza San Rocco and the modern elevator that takes you comfortably to the beach of Marina Grande, it is equipped with every comfort. Air conditioning and heating (for the winter months), complete and furnished kitchen and bedroom, a large corridor with a convenient closet and a modern bathroom with washer-dryer. The apartment is just 20 km from Reggio Calabria International Airport, 1 km from the local Scilla train station and 8 km from Villa San Giovanni train station. It is also possible to reach Sicily, from Villa San Giovanni train station with the BluFerries public services and the private Caronte & Tourist connection services. 28 km from the property is the Aspromonte National Park with ski slopes and equipped trails for excursions (tracking and mountain biking). 15 km away is the National Archaeological Museum of Reggio Calabria. In the province of Reggio Calabria with local trains it is possible to reach the Ionian area, for lovers of excursions and diving in contact with nature. Kite-surfing facilities are available nearby (Pellaro area of ​​Reggio Calabria) and easily reachable by local trains from Scilla train station.
