Functional and comfortable apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom and balcony, equipped with the main comforts to accommodate up to 4 people. Perfect location for any type of stay: the accommodation is in fact located in a residential area equipped with all the essential services and at the same time close to the historic center of Fano, easily reachable by car. It is also 1 km from the station and a 14-minute walk from the first beach. Parking space included! The accommodation of about 47sqm is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (32 steps to reach the floor of the apartment) and is composed as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with induction cooker, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven and wine glasses; - LIVING AREA with dining table, double French sofa bed and TV; - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe, access to the terrace; - BEDROOM II with armchair and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower and bidet, toilet. - BALCONY with wooden table, deck chair and umbrella. Available an outdoor parking space assigned and below the apartment. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, A/C split, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). The apartment is located in a residential area of the city of Fano, in a location that lends itself to both a relaxing stay and a more dynamic holiday: it is in fact located in a street away from the busiest and noisiest streets, but at the same time nearby the lido with sandy beach and the most popular clubs, and a 25-minute walk from the historic city center. From this location, in a few minutes by car, it is also possible to reach all the most famous places on the Romagna and Marche coasts, and the characteristic villages of the hinterland. The characteristic fish market and the renowned typical restaurants of the town are also close at hand.
