Welcome to my flat, located just 100 metres from the sea where you can find both the public beach and beach establishments where you can rent parasols and sunbeds. If you are travelling with your four-legged friend, you will find Bau Beach only a 15-minute walk away.
The flat has one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds. You will find a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite dishes, free Wi-Fi to stay connected at all times and an outdoor area ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation. The environment is air-conditioned to provide you with maximum comfort. In addition, free public parking is available right in front of the flat.
The flat is ideally located, as you will find supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of amenities within walking distance. Moreover, it is an excellent starting point for exploring the hinterland and the beautiful Abruzzo coastline.
