Our 40 m² two-room apartment is located in the heart of Marina di Grosseto, just 50 metres from the sea. The “Beach House” is composed of: a living area with kitchenette equipped with all amenities, a TV area with table and chairs, a large double sofa bed and, adjacent to the living area, you will find our 12 m² terrace equipped with table and chairs and a washing machine. In the sleeping area, there is a double bedroom and a private bathroom with window and shower. The two-room apartment is equipped with: ceiling fan, air conditioning, heating, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout curtains, hairdryer, washing machine and terracotta flooring. Maximum occupancy 4 people.
