DOLCE VITA is located on the ground floor of a well-kept 1960s villa, surrounded by gardens. All apartments were completely renovated in 2023. Each apartment has 1 parking space inside. You can reach the historic center of Como in 15 minutes by car, otherwise the bus on the property's street will take you to the center. The Como-Camerlata station is 1.5km from the Villa and therefore you can head towards Milan and reach the city in just 30 minutes. During the summer enjoy the garden of the house to spend time with your friends or family.

Albate è un incantevole quartiere situato nella città di Como, nella regione della Lombardia, Italia. Si trova a 10 min in auto dal centro storico di Como. Gode di tranquillità ma è una zona molto servita. Troverete sulla strada della casa la fermata del Bus che vi porterà in centro Como oppure a pochi passi la stazione del treno Albate-Camerlata da dove potrai raggiungere in 2 fermate Como Lago, oppure in 30 min Milano-Cadorna, o in 40 min Lugano-Lago (Svizzera) Muoverti sarà molto semplice, il tuo posto auto all'interno della Villa è garantito. Potrai spostarti senza pensare a cercare il parcheggio al tuo ritorno. Se invece preferisci non spostarti in auto, dal nostro appartamento Dolce Vita sarà facile raggiungere la stazione Albate-Camerlata che collega i punti strategici della città oppure viaggiare in Bus.
