Available for the summer and winter weeks, a small but welcoming apartment on the 1st floor served by a lift consisting of: 1 bathroom with window and shower cubicle, hairdryer, 1 bedroom with double bed, mirrored wardrobe, 1 living room' kitchen with sofa bed a square and a half, smart TV, crockery, kettle, dishwasher, 1 utility room with washing machine and dryer, iron, air conditioning
Located right on the pedestrian area of ​​the city center, in the renowned via XX Settembre, in a strategic point close to supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, car rental, clubs, restaurants and pubs. in a few minutes on foot you can reach the free beach immediately followed by the most beautiful and renowned bathing establishments in the area. The apartment can be reached both by car, where I offer a convenient enclosed parking for 10 euros per day, and by train (railway station at 700 m) and by bus (stop for the best companies (Flixbus, Gaspari Bus, Roma Express at 350 m).
