L'appartamento, ubicato in zona tranquilla, dista circa 500 m dall'uscita metro. La zona è ben fornita di negozi e supermercati, oltre a bar, pasticcerie tipiche e istituti bancari. Sono disponibili in strada parcheggi gratuiti, su richiesta, a pagamento anche box privato nel condominio, dal quale si accede comodamente con ascensore in alloggio. Disponibile gratuitamente deposito bagagli riservato, in specifico locale, sia prima che dopo il check-in o check-out.
