The 55 sqm flat is a cosy and modern living solution, ideal for comfortably accommodating a family or a small group of friends. The entrance opens into a bright living room with a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The dining table can accommodate several people, while the double sofa bed offers additional sleeping space. The bedroom is spacious and well organised, with a double bed and a foldaway bunk bed, perfect for younger children or additional guests. The bathroom is large and well detailed, with a modern shower cubicle and new sanitary fittings, offering comfort and practicality. One of the flat's strong points is its private 20 sqm outdoor area, accessible from both the dining area and the bedroom. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, dining al fresco or enjoying quiet moments. The flat combines comfort and practicality offering a cosy and well-distributed environment. We would like to inform you that end-of-stay cleaning will be charged EXTRA 10,00 euro. For further information please do not hesitate to contact me!

The flat located at Via Alessandro Volta 125 in Sanremo enjoys a strategic position offering easy access to many of the city's amenities and attractions. In just 6 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Colombo ( the main square ) and Corso Matteotti , home to the famous Ariston Theatre and the Casino. In the vicinity of the flat you can find supermarkets, pharmacies and breakfast bars.
