Pretty and playful, this is a 2-bedroom villa in Marsciano, not far from Perugia. It has an extremely well-kept garden and a swimming pool to spend a relaxed holiday. The pool is shared with the owner, and the villa is ideal for a small family or group of 4 friends. Marsciano is a charming, busy little Umbrian town, popular for its wine. The town center of Marsciano, with the supermarkets and the restaurants, rests at 900 m. You can be here in the evenings to enjoy the streetscape. For a pleasant day out, you can visit Lake Trasimeno at 28 km. An excursion to Perugia at 28 km is highly recommended. You can wash up in the outside shower after swimming a few laps. You can relax, enjoy a refreshing drink, or read a good book. The garden invites you to play ball games and have lazy walks at night. There are two parking slots available. Perugia Airport is 33 km away.
