l'ambiente visto dal di fuori è un po spartano perché al momento di sotto c'è una officina demolizione meccanica .
Per il check vi lascerò le chiavi nella buchetta della posta anche per entrare in autonomia previo contatto telefonico e scambio di Video tutorial per entrare in autonomia.

il quartiere è molto tranquillo c'è il posto auto per parcheggiare e poco vicino c'è una birreria per bere o mangiare oppure c'è un supermercato "Conad la filanda ".
