Hier wollte der Vermieter eine konservative Renovierung der Räume durchführen, die den architektonischen Stil des Gebäudes respektiert und originale Materialien verwendet. Das Hotel verfügt über 2 Zimmer, "Rosina" und "Teresa", beide ausgestattet mit bewachtem Parkplatz in einem privaten Innenhof, eigenem Bad, Minikühlschrank und Höflichkeitsservice mit Wasserkocher, Kräutertees, Kaffee und Tee zum Verzehr im Zimmer.
