About this property

Located on a first floor of a 16th century building owned by the Suppiej family, great tradition of hospitality . B&B Luxury San Firmino Canal View overlooks the Santa Maria Formosa church’s baroque façade and the canal. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with oak-beamed ceilings and 2 balconies. B&B has elevator elevator . Owing its name to a statue of St. Firmino hosted in its hall, breakfast at San Firmino is an Italian breakfast with sweet produce. It includes yogurt, juices, cereals accompanied by jams and pastries and it is served in the breakfast room with canal-facing mullioned windows. Overlooking the church, the square or the canal, all air-conditioned rooms have period Venetian-style furniture and tapestries. They also include a flat-screen TV, mini-bar and bathroom with bath or hydromassage which is at the Suite. There are Murano chandeliers in the living room. One room has a spa bath. Guests enjoy free use of the living room adjacent the reception and equipped with damask sofas and tables. On request and at extra costs boat excursions to nearby islands are organized. A city-wide Wi-Fi network can also be organized. The famous Rialto Bridge is a 5-minute walk away. We are 5 minutes walking to the famous Rialto Bridge and 5 minutes to San Marco square

Located in a prestigious 17th-century historic palace, this exclusive residence offers a magnificent 150 sqm lounge with double exposure overlooking both the main square and the canal. The property features only three spacious suites, each with breathtaking views and generous dimensions, perfect for 2 or 4 guests. Original 17th-century wooden beams and flooring have been carefully preserved, creating an authentic and timeless atmosphere. The interiors are elegantly furnished in classic Venetian style, with antique furniture, valuable tapestries, and exquisite Murano glass chandeliers. A freshly prepared à la carte breakfast can be served every morning in the canal-view lounge on request if you are a group of people you can book the full apartment .
