The house has been completely renovated in 2014, and its' part of a villa with three houses. The house has a private parking lot, a garden with a lemon tree, an orange tree and a mandarin tree, an external shower, a brick barbecue oven, a big patio, two bedrooms, a living /dining room with Tv and a fully furnished kitchen (including dishwasher), a bathroom with hydromassage shower, A7C in every room (each room with his own split and remote). Outside the house there's a concrete shed with a washing machine, beach chairs and all the tools for barbercue.

House 500 meters from the seaside in a unique location, at Bagnacci, attached to the former Osa thermal facilities. The house is inside the Uccellina natural park, the whole area is thermal, and there a pool nearby the house composed of 80% thermal water and 20% sea water 5 minutes from Talamone, unique venue and kitesurf and windsurf lovers' paradise, with tons of spots and facilities. 10 minutes from the amazing Giannella and Ansedonia beaches, 15 minutes to all the Argentario towns, from which you can take a ferry to all the Tuscan Islands, including Giglio and Elba island. 30 minutes from Sovana, Sorano and Vetulonia, all Unesco world heritage sites and home of all the major Etruscan archeological sites, 5 minutes from Uccellina park and Alberese, with amazing beaches and horse riding tours available, 15 minutes from Grosseto, main city of Maremma, 20 minutes from Capalbio
