The apartment I bought and rehabbed in Perugia is thought to give big spaces to my guests, while having all services needed: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, A/C and a whole kitchen all for exclusive use! As I'm 23 years old and a traveler myself, my mission is to provide the best comfort to all my guests to have everything needed to have a wonderful and peaceful stay!
Hi! I'm Paolo, 23 years old ambitious guy with passion for traveling. I bought an old apartment and rehabbed it to make a B&B with all the comforts that I would have loved to have during my travles! I love meeting new people from all over Italy (and world!). All my guests are appreciating my availability and support during the whole stay in my apartment, and I see that as an opportunity to get better at hospitality!
The apartment is in a central and quiet neighbourhood in Perugia, thought to reach any beautiful spot easily: There's the Minimetro in 4 minutes walking, the city center in just 15 minutes by walking, and the train station in less than 14 minutes by walking.
