A 20 steps from the sea, in an exclusive residence, you will have the opportunity to spend your holidays in all serenity to appreciate the beauties of Sardinia. A 10 min drive from Porto Rotondo, in the charming Costa Smeralda with all the comforts at your fingertips that will allow you to live it better. The apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a garden, complete the property a private covered parking and a condominium swimming pool. On the beach you can rent beach umbrellas and sunbeds with the equipped facilities or lie down on the beach. All shops can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. For a more comfortable stay, you will find inside the house 1 set of bed linen and towels, as well as two beach chairs, a beach umbrella kit.

I live and work in Milano.

Small town of fishermen, Golfo Aranci will allow you to experience the Costa Smeralda as you prefer. You can choose between the relaxation and tranquility of a typical Sardinian sea dinner or the exclusivity of the emerald nightlife, driving in a few minutes to Porto Rotondo or Porto Cervo. The Residence is located just 15 minutes walk from the Port of Golfo Aranci, 10 minutes drive from round port and Olbia and 20 minutes from Porto Cervo.
