The three-room apartment is located inside a residential villa, just a few minutes from the highway entrance and about 1 kilometer or 20-minute walk from Pero metro station (Red Line) that leads directly to the center of Milan. This 100 square meters three-room apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with 3 single beds and one with 2 single beds, and 2 private bathrooms with showers. The large living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary comforts to relax or work. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher There are also a washing machine, air conditioning, smart TV, and fast internet connection. Private parking available A few days before check-in, guests will receive a link to fill in their ID details, sign a contract with the house rules, and pay the tourist tax (which is not collected by Booking).
