"BORGO RAGNITILL" AMAZING HOLIDAY HOME traveling on your own or as a Group? NO PROBLEM! We welcome up to 15 guests. The Villa is divided into THREE UNITS: Casa CAROLINA, Casa CONCETTA, and Casa ERNESTO. The internal staircase separates the units and security locks guarantee privacy. The Villa includes two Full Kitchens, two Snack Bars, six Bedrooms, five Bathrooms, four smart TVs, a Lounge, a Balcony, a Patio, Laundry, Parking, and Storage for Sports Equipment with Surveillance. Newly renovated in 2024 to A4 STANDARDS, all bedrooms and common spaces have Air-Conditioning Units that Cool, Dehumidify, and Purify the Space. We too care for the environment; Voltaic energy panels fuel a heat pump and next-generation radiators an electric car charging station is also available. The Villa is flooded by natural light and has direct access to the outdoors. Sleep well: For a good night’s sleep, we have provided an assortment of pillows, seasonal duvets, and professionally laundered linens. We have chosen decorations and furniture with minimal finishes to create a relaxing environment. While some furnishings are new to ensure comfort, hygiene, and functionality other pieces are heirloom treasures built by local Master Artisans. Freshen up: The 5 Bathrooms have large showers, a toilette, and a bidet. We have created spaces with your needs in mind including a place for your vanity bag, somewhere to hang and dry your towels, and a shower stool when needed. COMFORT is key NO BUNK BEDS, no matter your age a good night’s sleep is guaranteed. 6 large bedrooms are available to divide among guests. With personalized bookings: we can help distribute guests according to their individual needs. For example, if you are traveling with guests with MOBILITY ISSUES we recommend the ground floor units, from parking to climbing into bed all surfaces are paved and on the same level.
We are just outside the medieval town of LANCIANO, the ideal location to discover the TRABOCCHI COAST, ADRIATIC SEA, FRENTANA HILLS, and MAIELLA NATIONAL PARK.
