Brand new rooms and apartments located in an elegant building with fine finishes, exposed beams, and stone walls, right in the center of San Giovanni in Persiceto, just a 5-minute walk from the station and a 20-minute drive from Bologna. Ideal for tourists, trade fair guests, and workers. Free parking is a 2-minute walk away. Each apartment has self check-in. Two days before your stay, you will receive a link via Booking chat to register the personal details of all guests staying in the apartment and a link to download an app containing a virtual key, which, once activated, will allow you to enter the property.
