Property information

CITRA CODE 011024-LT-0043 Bright apartment located in the center of Manarola, close to the train station and the sea. The wonderful terrace equipped with chairs, table and umbrella ,overlooks the small square of Manarola, where musical and artistic events are staged in summer. The terrace is right in front of the hill where in December the famous Manarola crib is set up, this makes it a unique and privileged place to experience the emotion of the inauguration of the crib. The apartment consists of a large living room, kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed, bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom. Parking available near the train station in La Spezia at the cost of euro 30,00 per day.

Neighbourhood information

Manarola is perhaps the most beautiful village in the Cinque Terre with its colorful houses, consisting of the typical Genoese tower houses, which overlook one another on the main street, called via Discovolo, obtained from the cover of the waterway. The village then climbs up the rocky ridge that juts out into the sea, causing a tangle of narrow alleyways, which run parallel on several intermediate levels connected by irregular slate stairways. Until 1950 the stream that runs through the village was completely uncovered. Instead of the main street that exists today, eleven stone bridges allowed transit from one part of the country to the other.
