Each apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or accommodating additional guests, and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Included amenities are free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer. The central location allows you to easily walk to all the main attractions and services that Arona has to offer.

In the heart of Arona, this accommodation offers an unforgettable experience on Lake Maggiore. Just a short walk from the lakeside promenade, the historic center, Piazza del Popolo, and the Rocca Borromea, it is ideal for exploring the area. Easily reachable on foot from Arona train station, with excellent connections to Milan Central Station (approximately 1 hour with Trenord), it offers visits to the Borromean Islands (by boat), boat trips on Lake Maggiore (Stresa, Verbania, Angera), water sports, hiking and walking, relaxation on the beaches, local cuisine, and shopping.
