We are Vincenzo and Simone, two brothers and your hosts :) Vins is living and working in London at the moment; Simone or another member of our family will take care of you before and during your stay. We will do our best to accomodate your requests and make your stay as good as possible (we really want to help you feel at home!)! We normally let our guests choose how they prefer to do the check in as a member of the family is normally happy to personally welcome you in the flat but if it's not possible or you are happy to do it by yourself, we also have the Keybox system that will allow you to get into the property quickly and easily.

Welcome to Cà del Vins, a lovely, colorful and newly refurbished studio flat located 15 minutes walk from La Spezia centrale train station. We aim to make your holiday a remarkable experience! How? We want you to feel at home. And remember, everybody is welcome at Cà del Vins!

Neighbourhood information

The flat is located in a very good position whether you're interested in exploring the city centre or you're planning to visit Cinque Terre or the surrounding area. The immediate area is quiet and residential and you'll find plenty of small shops, bakeries, restaurants and pizzerias all within walking distance. We are very proud to offer a private and FREE parking for your car which doesn't need to be booked or requested in advance. Bus stops are 3 minutes walk and connect the flat to the city centre and the train station, or busses can take you directly to Portovenere or Lerici.
