The house, located a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Santa Luria beach, features a bar and umbrella and lounger rentals, making it ideal for those seeking a vacation in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's also a convenient base for visiting the beautiful beaches of the southeastern coast, just a few minutes' drive away. The neighborhood is equipped with bars, a market, a tobacconist, and restaurants, making it ideal for those who don't want to use a car. The house offers our guests a pleasant stay and can accommodate up to 3 people. It measures approximately 50 square meters, spread over two levels, and includes a garden. The synthetic grass garden, shaded for most of the day, is an excellent space for relaxing and dining al fresco. It features an outdoor shower with only room-temperature water, a fully equipped barbecue, a sink, a countertop, and a table with chairs. On the ground floor, the garden leads to the living room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchenette. The space is cool enough even in the hottest months, and a ceiling fan helps circulate the air. Air conditioning is not available in the living room. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has access to the veranda, which also includes a laundry area. The accommodation is equipped with a television, washing machine, outdoor barbecue, hairdryer, iron, and microwave. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge. The entire house is available to guests. Please note that air conditioning is only available in the bedroom.
