Only 4 km far from the medieval city of Lucca and its famous Walls, but in a very relaxing and green area, along the Street of Wine. CASABEPPE is an indipendent country house with 2 : "Carlo" 140 qm for 8+2 Persons, and "Ilaria" 90 qm for 2+4 Persons, with private Salt Water Pool (5x14 Mt, 1,40 mt Deep). The property is sourrended by 10000 m² of private ground (entirely fenced). Private Garden nd Pool, free car park and free wifi. Bikes. Prices includes all cost as utilities, linen and towels.
I've lived between Lucca and Pisa attending at the Philosophy Faculty. "Beppe" houses are for me a piece of my family history. We worked togheter for several years to rebuild the property and start to rent it.
Sant' Alessio is a small Village 4 km far from the city Center of Lucca. In the village there are 3 restaurants, 2 bar, 1 pizzeria, 1 Gas Station, 1 Post Office, 1 Hairdresser, 1 Supermarket, a laundry.
