L apparamento si trova al piano terra di una struttura bi-familiare, in via Andrea Costa n.55.
È una casa di nuovissima costruzione con tutti i requisiti necessari per essere di categoria A4 dal punto di vista del consumo energetico.
Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, a 200 mt dal Centro Storico e 350mt dalla spiaggia.
In prossimitá della struttura ci sono solo parcheggi gratuiti, non necessitano di permessi o altro.
