The property building has been completely rebuilt. We have built four apartments and a commercial space. They are all of different sizes and characteristics (some with balcony or terrace, studios and apartments). In the summer of 2017 we decided to start a small process of transformation starting to dedicate ourselves to tourist hospitality by making Casa Calles available with its terrace on the roofs of Ortigia changing its style without neglecting all the most "modern" comforts (wi-fi , air conditioning etc.)
I'm Sabrina and with my husband we decided to invest in Syracuse. We fell in love with a building that had to be rebuilt and that's where our adventure started.
The building is located in one of the most central areas and also accessible by car just a few steps from the historic "Porta della Marina" behind Via Cavour and the Duomo. The area was formerly called the Bottai district, the district of artisans and traders.
