Chloe’s House is a bright and cozy 90 sq. m. ground floor apartment deep in the greenery at the foot of the borough of Stadano Bonaparte in the municipal district of Aulla. Apartment composed of the following rooms: equipped kitchen, living room two-seater sofa bed with Lcd TV and various accessories, large corridor for access to the sleeping area, storeroom with ironing board and iron, clothes hanger, washing machine and various accessories, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, plus of course linen, bedroom with double bed and linens, available on request a cot bed, car parking in exterior courtyard adjacent to the house. Built-in wardrobes in the corridor are not available.
Maria Luisa and her son Stefano live in a nearby apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay, if necessary.
It’s a perfect base point to visit the Tuscan and Ligurian beauties: Sarzana, Lerici, Portovenere and The Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Vernazza, Corniglia and Monterosso al Mare). These beautiful places are easily reachable by train or by sea (from La Spezia that isa few kilometers away). Nearby you can enjoy the Apuan Alpsthat are full of routes that will satisfy any trekking and outdoor sports enthusiast.
