Located on the second floor of a historic building, Casa di Lucy offers breathtaking views over the city rooftops—perfect for moments of pure relaxation and magic. • LIVING AREA 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 5 people, a cozy sofa bed, and a 32” Smart TV with access to all streaming platforms. The smart air conditioner, available in the living area, ensures cool comfort during the summer months. • SLEEPING AREA 🛏️ The bright and comfortable bedroom features a double bed and a single pull-out bed that can be converted into a second double bed if needed. A spacious wardrobe, a desk ideal for smartworking, and toys for children complete the space. A portable fan helps keep the room pleasant in the summer. • BATHROOM 🚿 Modern bathroom with shower cabin and a washing machine available for guests. The heart of the historical centre is the Piazza della Repubblica, just a few steps from the house, an enchanting place surrounded by elegant medieval buildings. Here stands the majestic Cathedral of San Feliciano, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture. Among the alleys of the historic centre are numerous top-quality restaurants where you can enjoy typical Umbrian dishes and fine local wines that will make your stay unique. In addition, Foligno is an ideal base for exploring the beauties of Umbria, such as the nearby towns of Assisi, Spello and Perugia, which offer a wide range of tourist and cultural attractions and for visiting all the natural beauties of this beautiful region. In summary, the historic centre of Foligno is an ideal place for a peaceful holiday, where one can enjoy the art, culture and good food of Umbria in a romantic and evocative atmosphere.
