Small studio apartment (30 sqm) in the green with a view of the Aragonese Castle in the area of Cartaromana. In this area, where there is now the sea, between the Aragonese Castle and the rocks of Sant'Anna, the Romans settled in the 4th century BC, and founded the town "Aenaria," now submerged by water. The apartment is within a quiet residential complex, overlooking the owners' well-kept vegetable garden. The studio is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and radiator in the bathroom. The studio features: - KITCHENETTE with two electric stoves, microwave oven, refrigerator (undercounter) with freezer comparo, coffee pod machine and mocha coffee maker - LIVING AREA with table for 2/3 persons - NIGHT ZONE with double bed, small armchair and two closet doors for storing clothes and suitcases - BATHROOM with shower and hair dryer A crib for children (maximum 3/4 years old) is available upon request or a foldable bed for adult guests. To get to the studio apartment you have to walk down a small private road downhill, about 200 meters. There are no stairs. Important: - The third spot is a foldable bed that can be added to the studio if the third guest is an adult or a crib if the third guest is a baby. - We have Wi-Fi but it is unstable in this area. - It is not possible to park scooters/moped on the private road.
