Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Small but charming 36 sqm apartment, located in the historic center of Sestri Levante immersed in the charming streets of the village, a few steps from the famous Baia del Silenzio and Baia delle Favole, shops, restaurants and local shops. Inside you will find a bright living area with a French window that gives access to a small terrace. A comfortable single pouf-bed, TV and a dining corner complete the environment. The kitchen, in blue tones that recall the sea, is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils and dishes. The bedroom, bright and welcoming, offers a comfortable double bed and a second pouf that can be transformed into a single bed, perfect for couples, small families or friends on a trip. The apartment therefore comfortably accommodates three people plus a possible fourth who will have to use the additional single bed in the kitchen. Finally, the bathroom is complete with sanitary ware and shower. There is also a washing machine with clotheslines on the terrace. Bed linen and towels are provided by us for the number of guests booked, and are included in the price. You can use the free Wi-Fi connection. There is no air conditioning. Heating for the winter months is autonomous. The house does not have a private parking, you will need to park outside the historic center using the paid parking lots of the train station, about 12 minutes walk from the house, the parking in Largo Gino Sturla 500 meters away or the parking in Largo Rosa Masi 700 meters away. Small pets are allowed with an extra cost. In the house you will find the card to use the private garbage bins. PLEASE NOTE: The house is located on the second floor of a typical Ligurian period building, WITHOUT a lift: it is therefore not recommended for elderly people and/or those with mobility problems.

The house is located in the heart of the historic center of Sestri Levante, very close to all the services you may need: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, tobacconists, bars, restaurants and 140 METERS from the famous Baia del Silenzio beach and therefore from sea. The station is 900 meters away and can be reached in ten minutes on foot, which makes the accommodation also suitable for those traveling by public transport. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous locations of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, which are less than an hour away. A destination also loved by athletes and nature and trekking lovers: in fact, on the hills there is a dense network of paths that can be explored on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty. Sestri is also about 30 minutes from Genoa, a city of incredible beauty with its characteristic alleys, churches and period buildings, the Old Port and the famous largest Aquarium in Europe.
