Located on the first floor of Casetta Ulivi e Rosmarino Appartamento ULIVI offers you the perfect choice combining convenience in reaching the centre and services with the tranquillity of the countryside. Relaxation begins on arrival, easily accessible house with convenient private covered parking. Independent entrance, all spaces are for your exclusive use from the parking area under the house to the terrace on the ground floor overlooking the olive trees. The comfortable Ulivi flat is furnished with great care to make your stay unique and special. It will be your ideal stay if: - Travelling by car or motorbike and are looking for the safety and comfort of a private car park. - Travelling with children; here you will find a small library of picture books. Baby facilities on request subject to availability. - You want to sleep well even on holiday. Here you will find the new Queen size double bed 160 x 200 cm with topper and orthopaedic memory mattress resting on a beech slatted frame. TOURIST TAX In the Municipality of Imperia the tourist tax is euro 2 per person, per night on the first 10 NIGHTS. Children under 14 years of age and residents of the Municipality of Imperia do not pay the city tax. This amount for your reservation will be payable during check-in in cash. You will receive a regular receipt of payment to the Municipality of Imperia. PETS if your pets are housebroken they will be welcome here! They will stay free of charge if you bring their dog bed or covers according to their habits. In the absence of these, we will provide you with dedicated towels for a fee. As an illustrator I cultivate colour and beauty as I love to do as host of Casetta Ulivi e Rosmarino, which I prepared and painted with my own hands! In summer 2021 Apartment ULIVI was born on the first floor, and in winter 2024 Apartment ROSMARINO arrived on the ground floor! I love taking care of this house and your stay in every detail. Knowing that you choose us for a special moment and that you have enjoyed your stay here fills me with joy and gratitude.
Located at the beginning of the quiet hamlet of Artallo, Casetta Ulivi e Rosmarino is only 3 km from the beaches of Imperia Porto Maurizio. The house is easily reached from the town centre by normal roads (no steep and narrow streets). If you like walking, you can go on hilly excursions. In particular, I recommend the route to the Sanctuary of Montegrazie and its wonderful view of the sea and hills. At 3.1 km from the Borgo Prino access to the cycle path of the Riviera dei Fiori Coastal Park. 3.5 km from Whalewatch Imperia, the starting point for cetacean watching excursions in the Ligurian Sea protected marine area.
