Overlooking the waters of Lake Como, with a stunning view of the city of Lecco and the majestic mountains that surround it, this elegant holiday home in Malgrate is the perfect retreat for those seeking beauty, relaxation, and convenience. Just a 20-minute walk or bike ride along a scenic lakeside promenade brings you to the heart of Lecco, with its lively squares and rich Manzonian history. The apartment—a spacious one-bedroom flat tastefully furnished with designer touches—is designed to offer maximum comfort. Generous spaces, a cozy living area, and a serene bedroom will make you feel right at home. A small outdoor area completes the offering, ideal for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Equipped with all modern amenities—air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix and Prime, washer/dryer, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave, and a wine cooler—the apartment is easily accessible and has free public parking just 300 meters away.
The name of our holiday home is a play on words that captures its true essence. “Como mi casa” means “like my home” in Spanish, and that’s exactly how we want you to feel: welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease—just like at home. “Como” is also, of course, a tribute to Lake Como—the place where we were born and raised, which we carry in our hearts and wish to share with you with the same love we feel for it every day. This house was once our own home, and today it’s ready to welcome those seeking a break filled with beauty, peace, and authenticity. Thoughtfully and warmly furnished, it’s designed to make you truly feel COMO MI CASA.
The area is one of the most charming on the lake, renowned for its picturesque promenade, traditional restaurants and local cafés, artisan shops, a small marina with boat and canoe rentals, and a ferry dock for lake tours. For lovers of active or gourmet experiences, there are mountain hiking trails, bike rentals, cooking classes, and food and wine tours. And Milan is less than an hour away—perfect for a day trip filled with art, fashion, and culture.
