Check-in is carried out at Domus Socolatae Residenza d'Epoca Charming B&B, located at Piazza Vittorio Veneto 21, Follonica
The B&B exclusively accepts small dogs (maximum weight 15 kg), upon explicit request made well in advance and in any case before the booking confirmation for a supplement € 15 per day. Only one animal per room is allowed, provided it has its own kennel. To ensure the peace and safety of all guests, it is not permitted to leave the animal unattended in the room, even for short periods, and it must always be kept inside the kennel. The Management reserves the right to access the room at any time of day or night, should there be valid reasons related to peace, safety, or verification of compliance with these regulations.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
