Accogliente e luminoso bilocale con doppia esposizione a due passi dalla fermata Repetti della nuova linea metropolitana MM4. Sito in un contesto residenziale e tranquillo, al primo piano, senza ascensore. Dal corridoio si accede alla zona giorno dotata di divano letto alla francese e cucina abitabile completamente attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Successivamente si entra nella ampia camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, letto singolo (pouf), armadio e postazione smartworking. Completa lo spazio il bagno finestrato dotato di doccia e lavatrice. È presente la connessione WiFi veloce e aria condizionata. Sono in corso lavori per il rifacimento del tetto dello stabile fino alla fine di luglio 2025.
L’appartamento si trova a 4 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Repetti della nuova linea metropolitana MM4, a una fermata dall’aeroporto di Linate e solo 8 minuti da San Babila e Piazza Duomo. È una zona residenziale, tranquilla e ben servita. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano negozi di alimentari, bar, ristoranti, farmacie e altro.
