Property consists of a charming terraced house, located in a strategic position, 8 minutes walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the small square of Fregene, overlooked by restaurants, ice cream parlors, groceries and the postal service. Located in a head position, it can be accessed directly from the road with independent access.
My name is Emanuele, I live in Rome but I will provide you with all the help you need to make your beach holiday enjoyable.
Beach - 8 minute walk, complete with establishments and restaurants Town square - 3 minute walk with clubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, groceries and excellent Italian pizza
