Shabby studio apartment. Sea, clean air and pine forests, walking or cycling, strolling on the beach, an infinite number of night spots including restaurants and bars and small shops...sports like surf, kitesurf, Beach Tennis, Beach volley, Padel and more is what Fregene offers. Our home is comfortable and has Air Conditioning and heating as well, a very comfortable double sofa bed (sofa bed only). Our kitchen is fully equipped and our living room-bedroom has a nice flat TV set with Netflix. The big three door window can be totally open converting balcony and living room in one unique space. WIFI is at high speed.
We are mostly Sailing and having friends on board but always available via whatsapp of phone call. We are available by phone, whatsapp, sms and email.
Supermarket, paddle courts, market and fish market within 3 minutes walking distance, everything else by bicycle, car or walk. Renting bicycles is easy and nearby the house. Restaurants and bars are within a 10-minute walk. The sea shore is at 15-minute walk. Every monday there is a nice fruit and food market. Garbage on street collection has a weekly schedule and is divided by type.
