I have travelled extensively for work and pleasure for over 20 years. I am trying my best to provide my apartment with all those amenities I have appreciated in my experiences, those I missed most and always watching it with the guest perspective. Cleanliness is a must

Property information

Studio recently renovated, located in Circus Condominium, the one at the start of the lift Cielo Alto, the one on the slope #16 that takes you in Cervinia center. Great views, the Matterhorn and the Grandes Murailles, spectacular Alpine environment. Extended winter season (November thru April) in the ski paradise with over 360km of slopes, and beautiful sunny and fresh summer season for all kinds of activities such as hiking, biking, skiing on the glacier, golf, relax, etc. High speed internet, Attention to details and cleanliness are a must. The studio can accomodate up to 4 adults and up to two baby beds can be made available. Dedicated ski box to store your ski equipment, located on the lifts for a total comfort experience. There are several stores in the building, restaurant, bar, pizzeria, ski/bike rental, tickets sales

Neighbourhood information

Cervinia center can be reached either by car, bus or walking (summer), skiing (winter). By car or bus is a 3 minutes drive / ride and parking in Cervinia is free of charge. A beautiful walk in the summer on the path in the forest in less than 15 minutes takes you straight in the center of Cervinia. Condo parking is available for guests along the street and public (free) parking is available in the surroundings (3 minutes walk). Private garage spot is available upon request The building has two main entrances, one on the restaurant/bar level and one on the other side of the building on the street. Once you arrive, you can park your car and forget it for the entire period of your stay!
