The property features about 1000 sq. m. of fenced garden with lawn and plants. The swimming pool (5x13m - 1.2-2.7 m depht), has an infinity edge and a Jacuzzi for 3, as well as a bathing area. The house has a large furnished loggia, a ping pong table. The outbuilding features a small gym. Parking in the property. The house has been renovated preserving its original character. The welcoming atmosphere is cured in every detail and complete with every commodity. The gr. floor entrance leads to the living room with sofas, fireplace, TV and direct outdoor access, a dining room with direct outdoor access, a large equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub.
