Newly built apartment with new furniture in a quiet area. Living room, kitchen two bathrooms and three bedrooms. private garden and enclosed parking space. Free WiFi, welcome kit and Italian breakfast included in the price. Present safety systems. It is 5 km from Lamezia Terme Airport and 5 km from Lamezia Terme train station. Possibility of transport for those arriving by train or plane. The beach is only 2 km away, while the mountain is just a few dozen.

B&B GINEVRA is surrounded by greenery in a small neighborhood called Mortilla, in the municipality of Gizzeria (CZ), adjacent to that of Lamezia Terme. Within a radius of 100 meters there are restaurants, a bar-pizzeria and a market, while at 5 km there is the village of Lamezia Terme with all the services present in a medium-sized city. The beach in front and a few kilometers away extends from the Gulf of Sant'Eufemia up to Capo Suvero, where every year the kitesurf world championship takes place.
