Spazioso appartamento con soffitti alti a 100 mt dal centro storico. Dotato di tutte le comodità, ideale per piacere e lavoro, wifi veloce, aria condizionata, riscaldamento autonomo, smart Tv. Parcheggio gratuito a 200 metri. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Bambini sotto 6 anni gratis, lettino a disposizione. 18 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Sotto casa, bar, botteghe, negozi, ristoranti.

Neighbourhood information

Nello storico quartiere di Borgo Giannotti, a letteralmente 100 metri dal centro storico e dalle Mura. Tutto è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi: monumenti, musei, supermercato, negozi, caffetterie e ristoranti. Anche base ideale per scoprire tutta la Toscana (Firenze, Pisa, Pistoia, Siena, Arezzo...). In Borgo Giannotti si circola liberamente in auto, si può arrivare sotto casa con le valigie. Non è possibile utilizzare l'auto nel centro storico. Andare a piedi e in bicicletta sono le migliori opzioni. Il centro storico è facilmente e piacevolmente visitabile a piedi. Davanti a casa abbiamo parcheggi a pagamento: 15 minuti sono gratuiti poi 50 centesimi la prima ora e 1 euro le successive. A 250 metri parcheggio gratuito, a 100 metri parcheggio coperto a pagamento (circa 10 euro al giorno).
