The apartment is on the first floor of a building in the town center, with elevator; it's quiet and peaceful. All services are within 200 meters (bars, restaurants, pubs, shopping center, bakery) and Agusta Training Center is 500 meters far. The A/C service is free from1st of May to 30th of September, in other days there is a little cost of the service. City Tax: Euro 1,50 per day per every guest to pay at the arrival

Despite being at the center of the town you can enjoy the walk along the river (Ticino) very relaxing to enjoy complete freedom, or easily reach the Agusta Westland training Center Sesto Calende you can easily reach all the tourist destinations of the Lake Maggiore, but also Milan is only 45 minutes far by train.
