Property for exclusive use Ancient tower from the 1600s with an apartment in the separate farmhouse, exclusive swimming pool, garden and panoramic terrace. In the panoramic and sunny well kept garden guests will find the swimming pool (6x12m - 1.5m depth) with bathing area and equipment for barbecues. The ancient tower is on 3 floors; the gr. floor entrance leads to the living room and to the dining/cooking areas. The 1st floor features a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The 2nd floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The farmhouse apartment is entirely on the 1st floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase. It has a living room, a dining area and well-equipped cooking area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 guest bathroom. Access to the large furnished terrace with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and olive groves surrounding the property. PLEASE NOTE: The owners live on the gr. floor of the farmhouse. There are 6 fans (1 in each bedroom and 1 in each living room) in the property. The price includes weekly linen change. Hired help and cook upon request.

The Chianti region is in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence, Siena and Arezzo and is the perfect starting point for discovering the area’s rich history made up of castles, medieval hamlets, Romanesque parish churches and ancient farmsteads.
