In the S. Rossore Park, in an artistic complex of the 1930s (one of the former marine colonies of the Tirrenia coast, designed by the architect Mazzoni). In a vast condominium park of pines, holm oaks and tamarisks. Condominium terrace with splendid views. On the sea side, private access to the dunes and the beach; on the mountain side, access to the park's paths, including the Cornacchiaia reserve. 15 kilometers from Pisa and 10 from Livorno. In the vicinity of IRCCS Stella Maris Foundation. Large living room with large windows, with two sofas; fully furnished kitchenette (with dishwasher); closet; bedroom with bunk beds; double room; bathroom. A corner for music with electric piano and guitar. In total about 90 square meters. Condominium terrace with sea view on the floor; large communal terrace on the flat roof with splendid views Private parking for two cars. Buses to Livorno and Pisa. Excellent position to reach all the Tuscan towns. The "guest manual" provides a guide to the San Rossore Park and the tourist resorts in the surrounding area
The complex is part of the new Calambrone residential district, recently renovated and equipped with all services (supermarket, bars, restaurants). Overlooks a free beach with direct access. Beach equipment is provided (umbrella and chairs)..On both sides there are equipped bathing establishments. Beach confirmed "Blue Flag" also for 2021.
