Thanks to the central location of this historic building located in the pedestrian street you will have the opportunity to access all points of interest in the city on foot. 94 sqm2 apartment recently renovated with 1 large bedroom, 1 open-space relaxation area with sofa bed and 43'' Smart TV, 1 full bathroom and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. Balcony on the internal street. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, it is very welcoming and is furnished in a functional way for any type of traveler. The presence, on request, of a travel cot and high chair make it perfect for stays with children. The apartment is located on the second floor without a lift.
You will be in the heart of the historic center, the scene of the battle of the oranges during the famous Carnival of Ivrea, it is the heart of the city, served by bars, restaurants and shops, all within easy reach. You will be a few steps from the Castle, Piazza Ferruccio Nazionale (town hall square) and the hospital.
