RESERVED FREE PARKING SPACE!!! Two Apartments in the historic center of Lerici, first and second floor in a typical building 50 meters away from the harbor, just renovated. Completely renovated and redone. Bedroom, living room (with a sofa bed), nicely equipped new Kitchen and bathroom. Air Conditioning and WiFi. Lerici is a typical Ligurian style small town right on the sea, and as all these villages, it is really difficult to find parking spaces for cars, even paying spots. La Calata guests will park their cars in a RESERVED FREE PARKING SPACE, just 650 meters away from the apartment. Perfect choice for Remote Working Lavazza coffee maker, with a welcoming starter kit of some capsules Towels and bed linen included. Finding a place on the beach sometimes could be a task. We want our guests to have the best experience during their stay, that’s why we have booked umbrellas and sunbeds at the Venere Azzurra beach in Lerici. If interested in renting a spot at the beach club please text or write an email to us specifying the day you would like to go, and the number of guests (max 4).

Neighbourhood information

First floor apartment in the historical center of Lerici, a few steps from the waterfront. Completely renovated and redone. Bedroom, living room (with a sofa bed), nicely equipped new Kitchen and bathroom. Big families or small group can also book a twin apartment on the upper floor. There is an Elevator, quite unusual for Lerici.
