Lovely apartment with fabulous views of the sea and the Portofino Promontory. The apartment is located on the main road from Recco to Genoa, adjacent to the railway. We are 1km from the center of Recco and 2.5km from Sori. The Recco highway exit is 3km away, the Recco train station is 1.5km away. A bus stop to Genoa and to the center of Recco is 100 meters away. In front of the house there is parking for loading and unloading luggage.
The house is located in a quiet area within walking distance of a small free unequipped beach and a cliff from which swimming is possible. It is a 10-minute walk from the center of Recco, from where boats leave for sightseeing trips (Camogli, San Fruttuoso, Punta Chiappa, Genoa harbor, Cinque Terre, and Portofino). Recco has a surf school, a diving center, free or equipped beaches, and a swimming pool. Free parking in the street 50 meters from the house. In the immediate vicinity small free unequipped beach and a cliff. Supermarkets and other types of stores 1 km from the house.
