This exclusive private house is situated 15 minutes from the beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and is adjacent to Vetulonia. Restored from a fortified farmhouse dating back to 1100 and set in landscaped gardens that encompass an oasis of tranquillity in the striking Maremma countryside.
I am especially interested in making sure my guests have a very enjoyable stay in this wonderful farmhouse.
15 minutes by car to reach a stretch of unspoilt Maremman coastline with horizontal sweeps of pines and Mediterranean maquis. For lovers of wellbeing, there are the thermal baths of Venturina and Saturnia. For those seeking a more active lifestyle, the area offers walking, trekking and cycling opportunities.
