Villa for 9 persons with private, fenced pool, located in a panoramic and secluded position. Free Wi-Fi. Pets allowed. A few km away from the city of Arezzo. For guests' use a completely fenced and very panoramic swimming pool, a barbecue a wooden gazebo with kitchen facilities, table and chairs, table foot, various board games and GYM equipment. The garden is completely fenced. GROUND FLOOR: veranda with table and sofa, living room with fire place and double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with bath. FIRST FLOOR: with access via internal staircase, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. HEATING ON PAYMENT (ON CONSUMPTION).

La Rogaia is set in an extremely panoramic position on the high hills between Val d'Ambra and the Valdichiana and is immersed in an uncontaminated natural environment, rich in olive groves, vineyards and luxuriant woods. The farmhouse is situated in a strategic area of Tuscany, only 10 km from Arezzo, 75 km from Florence, 60 km from Siena and 30 km from Cortona.
