We have decided to restructure LACASETTA98, with a clear intention of sustainability and renewable energy. We prefer Our Customers to stay warm all year round, even in the coldest months. The heating is radiant to the floor with water brought to 60 ° by an external heat pump, while the other internal, produces domestic hot water. All supported by a 3.75KW solar panel system, Accumulating Batteries are two 5KW. a charging station for electric vehicles in the gult. All with minimal environmental impact. A 15cm estreno coat does the rest.
We are a Photographer and a Furnisher, Husband and Wife. After spending a lifetime in Milan, the innate passion for Sicily has led us to believe in an Environmental Sustainability Project in a Village that, like many, has been depopulated in recent decades. Renewable energy and respect for the environment, combined with silence and quality of life, have spurred us on. The surrounding landscapes did the rest !! Happy to welcome you. Damiano and Patrizia.
Via Valle, is the most characteristic road that leads to the Castle. You can reach it on foot, as well as visit the Caves. Fast electric charging station available for a fee in front of the house. Parking under the house.
