The Lake Apartment Ischia is located about ten minutes from the town of Pergine. It is situated on the shores of Lake Caldonazzo, within a peaceful residence surrounded by greenery, featuring a recently renovated pool, ideal for a relaxing stay. The apartment is on the ground floor and enjoys a beautiful view of the lake. You can also dine outdoors on the stunning lake-view terrace. Headphones must be used in the pool. Parking trailers or carts in the private parking area is prohibited. Pets are allowed only upon request (extra charge) only one dog The apartment has a private parking space for only one car. For check-in, it is mandatory to provide identification documents; anyone without an ID cannot stay, as required by Italian law. Only registered persons are allowed to access the property, as per Law No. 15 of 07/08/2006. The seasonal pool is open from 01.06 to 14.09.
